StC Player of the Week Chosen

When it came to hitting the baseball, Dustin Roachell was in a class by himself in the Stripes Conference this past week. Nobody did it better.
The outstanding first baseman for Palm Springs tagged opposing pitchers for a .478 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 11 hits in 23 at-bats, 2 homers, 6 runs scored and 4 RBIs.
Roachell has collected 37 hits for the Heat this year, 7 of them home runs. He has also netted 21 RBIs and scored 19 runs while batting .314.
