AAA News: Playoffs begin

From spring training to the last out of the regular season, it has been the goal of every GM, team, manager and player to reach the ABA Development League playoffs. They all aspire to win baseball's Holy Grail, the World Series title. Now, for the elite teams, the first steps of that journey begin in earnest with the Division Series starting today. The opening playoff series will pit these teams against one another:
Lubbock Stampede vs Fremont Marshalls, Portland Mad Ants vs Joilet Jesters, Quebec Fighting Quakers vs Westwood Bruins and Orono Oaks vs Hickory Crawdads.

AAA News Flash: Regular Season ends

Another regular season is in the books, and the playoffs will begin in a couple of days. It will be a battle of survival -- and the final survivor will be the ABA Development League champions. The "haves" will be in their radiant glory, playing for the league title, while the "have-nots" will be at home, sitting by the hot stove until springtime.
