The Math Says - Glendale Out of Playoffs

The Glendale Muskies will have to put any fleeting championship aspirations on hold for the time being. The Muskies were mathematically eliminated from contention for the 2026 playoffs today.
Glendale last appeared in the postseason in 2017. This is their 9th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 16 times in their 27-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Muskies have made the playoffs 2 times. Glendale last won the World Series in 2000.

Montreal Headed to the Postseason

Fans can start seriously thinking about the 3rd championship in Montreal Royals history. The Royals have officially qualified for this year's postseason.
The team record sits at 86-41 and they will now turn attention to attempting to clinch the Stars Conference East Division.

August's Pitcher of the Month Goes to Lupton
Tuesday, September 1st , 2026
August's #1 hurler was Randy Lupton of Westwood. He gunned down Stripes Conference hitters the whole month and claimed the Pitcher of the Month award. The Bruins star piled up 5 wins and no losses to take the honor.
The 24-year-old Lupton added 24 strikeouts in 35.1 innings and 6 walks to his season record and compiled a 0.51 ERA. Other clubs hit .189 against him.
To date this season, Lupton has compiled a 13-8 record with a 2.33 ERA in 25 starts.
