Westwood Right Fielder Nets StC Award

What's in a number? In baseball, just about everything.
The numbers that Westwood's Armando Gomez put up last week were the envy of the league, as Gomez came away with Stripes Conference Player of the Week honors.
He belted out 11 hits in 24 at-bats, 1 home run and 5 RBIs last week as he posted his .458 batting average.
In the current season, Gomez has put up a .319 batting average with 60 hits, 5 home runs, 20 RBI and scored 24 runs.
