The Libertyville Polecats organization won't be ending this season in celebration. The team was officially eliminated from playoff contention today.
Before this season, the Polecats last missed the playoffs in 2021. In the 19 years they have been a ABA Double A franchise, they have made the playoffs 9 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Polecats have missed the playoffs 3 times.
