Bixby of Winchester Named Best Pitcher Saturday, October 24th , 2026 The 2026 Eastern AA Pitcher of the Year Award has gone to Winchester Mountaineers ace Brad Bixby after a stellar 12-2 season. In 19 starts he piled up 124.2 innings, 133 strikeouts, 27 walks and a 1.66 ERA. Bixby held opposing hitters to a .169 batting average. He received 20 first place votes out of a possible 24. Pete Mead of the Riverside Rotters finished second in voting with 4 first place votes, while Brian Treadway of the Winchester Mountaineers finished third.
