Cleveland officials were grinning from ear to ear as they introduced their latest blockbuster signing to the media earlier today.
Miguel Soto, one of the game's marquee talents, opted for the Brawlers after receiving a 3-year, $836,000 offer.

Thieves Noël Out of Action
