ABA Headline News: First-Year Draft Combine

The American Baseball Association Draft Combine kicks off today and runs for 5 days! Excitement around this yearly event has built to a crescendo, and with the draft just around the corner all eyes will be on the combine for prospects to set themselves apart. On the field and in the training facilities, players will get to show off their skills in front of interested teams, scouts and coaches. Off the field they will be able to develop relationships with these organizations, helping drive draft day decisions.
47 of the top 100 pipeline prospects will be attending this year, notably:

San Diego RP Travis Erb Injured

Travis Erb of the San Diego Fleet could be headed for the injured list after suffering a strained hamstring in a game against the San Francisco Fire. He is expected to miss at least 6 weeks. The San Diego reliever was injured throwing a pitch.
