Dowling Slams 5 Hits for Bangor Friday, June 24th , 2022 Sean Dowling of the Bangor Lumberjacks went on a hitting spree against the Long Beach Keys pitching staff, racking up 5 hits in 5 at-bats, but to no avail -- the Keys put a damper on his day and prevailed, 3-2, over the Lumberjacks. "It was a heck of a day and I was kind of looking forward to a better ending than that," he said later. Sean Dowling singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 10th.
