The Tampa Capitals swept past the Grand Rapids Jet Hawks, 17-12, at Capitals Ballpark, paced by second baseman Keith Tyndall. The 23-year-old Tyndall got 5 hits in 5 at-bats, helping to down the Jet Hawks.

Keith Tyndall singled in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 6th and walked in the 8th.

Thus far this season, Tyndall is hitting .359 with no home runs, 7 RBIs and 8 runs scored. He has 14 hits in 39 at-bats and has played in 12 games.
