Mexico City Wins Division Series Sunday, September 20th , 2026 Mexico City Aztecs won a nail-biting series against the Pueblo Heroes 4-3, wrapping up the Division Series finale 7-1 at Tony Gwynn Stadium. Aztecs left fielder Corey McKeone was named the series MVP. He batted .483, drove in 6 runs and scored 4 to lead Mexico City into the next round of play. "Corey was real solid for us, real solid," said Aztecs manager Dan Martinez. "I normally say I'd like to have nine of him out there, but thankfully we got by with just one this time." The Mexico City Aztecs will play against the Dollywood Partons in the next round. Dollywood won their series against the Barrie Admirals 4 games to 1.
