5-Hit Blitz by Deutsch Wednesday, August 12th , 2026 Joe Deutsch of the Kalamazoo Comets outhit everybody on the field at Ballpark of Bangor, but it was all for naught. Even as Deutsch personally tore up the Bangor Lumberjacks with a 5-for-5 day, the Lumberjacks were sending his Comets down to defeat, 12-6. Joe Deutsch hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
