5-Hit Barrage by Reynolds Friday, July 25th , 2025 It was a high-five day for Brad Reynolds, at least for a while. The Newark first baseman got plenty of them from his teammates when he reached the five-hit milestone during today's game against the Huntsville Rockets, but they were in short supply at the end, as Huntsville won the game, 6-5. Reynolds finished with an impressive 5-for-6 line, but the Flyers couldn't hold off the Rockets. "Brad was hitting everything," said Flyers manager Matt Conners. "It's too bad the other guys couldn't rise to the occasion." Brad Reynolds singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th, doubled in the 9th and flied out in the 11th.
