Wilkey Tosses No-Hitter Against Santa Rosa Thursday, August 17th , 2023 Brian Wilkey was untouchable at Miners Memorial Bowl, displaying a good fastball and wicked breaking balls in his 1-0 win against the Santa Rosa Desperados. The Glace Bay hurler did not allow a single hit, fanning 13 while walking 1. "This is great," Wilkey told reporters after the game. "Every pitcher wants a no-hitter.
