Cuellar on Fire, 5-for-5 Against Atlanta Wednesday, July 19th , 2023 Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Columbus's 14-7 win over Atlanta, center fielder Jose Cuellar was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at Ballpark of Columbus. "To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Cuellar said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close." Jose Cuellar hit a solo-shot off Trent Johnson in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 6th and singled in the 7th.
