Partons Win Division Series Wednesday, September 15th , 2021 With a 14-4 victory at Widowmakers Ballpark, the Dollywood Partons have completed a sweep of the Weedpatch Widowmakers in the Division Series. "On to the League Championship Series and feeling good," said Mark Shmidt. "I don't think our guys expected a sweep, but we'll certainly take it and rest up a bit." For the series, Shmidt hit .500 and won series MVP honors. He had 1 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Dollywood Partons don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Bangor Lumberjacks - Barrie Admirals series. Bangor leads the series 3 games to 1.
