Santa Rosa No Match for Escobedo Sunday, September 12th , 2021 The Santa Rosa Desperados met their match today in St. Catharines hurler Cesar Escobedo. He kept them guessing the whole game and spun a 6-hit shutout. "He just worked us over," Santa Rosa skipper Justin Watts said. "He probably didn't even need a shower after the game -- he barely worked up a sweat." In the 6-0 victory, Escobedo whiffed 10 and gave up 1 walk.
