London's Dieckman Down with Injury Thursday, June 4th , 2026 The season is finished for Erik Dieckman of the London Werewolves. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Werewolves starting pitcher suffered a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Kalamazoo Comets. Team doctors said it would take at least 14 months to heal. Dieckman has made 11 starts, tossed 77.1 innings, struck out 81 batters and walked 19. His record is 6-2 with a 2.33 ERA and he has limited other teams to a .219 batting average. |
