Marshalls Win League Championship Series Sunday, October 4th , 2020 With a 5-2 victory at Selects Ballpark, the Fremont Marshalls have completed a sweep of the Spokane Selects in the League Championship Series. "On to the World Series and feeling good," said Mitch Jarka. "I don't think our guys expected a sweep, but we'll certainly take it and rest up a bit." For the series, Jarka hit .438 and won series MVP honors. He had 1 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 3 runs. The Fremont Marshalls will play against the Hartford Matadors in the next round.
