Selects Heading to League Championship Series Saturday, September 26th , 2020 The Spokane Selects are one step closer to winning a World Series, and the season came to a close for the Orono Oaks. Spokane won the Division Series 4-1, with a 6-1 victory in the deciding game at Selects Ballpark today. Spokane catcher Sean Thomas was named the MVP of the series, after hitting .385 with a .471 on-base percentage. He had 1 homers, drove in 4 RBI and scored 2 runs. "I just hope I can keep it up in the League Championship Series," he said. The Spokane Selects will play against the Fremont Marshalls in the next round.
