Yeager Batters Glendale Big Time Sunday, July 13th , 2025 The Montreal Royals stopped the Glendale Muskies by a score of 8-3 at Field of the Muskies, with the lion's share of the credit going to left fielder Cody Yeager. The 24-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits. "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Yeager said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard." Yeager did just that in his 6 at-bats, much to the chagrin of the Muskies. "Not much that I can say," offered Glendale manager Jon Greenberg. "He just hammered the heck out of us." Cody Yeager singled in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 8th, singled in the 11th and hit a solo-shot off Dave Vondrasek in the 12th.
