After leading the Walnut Park Bobcats to victory, 3-0, and tossing a no-hitter over the Ann Arbor Z's, Nick Turpen didn't have the answer. "I don't know," Turpen said. "To do what I did today, I'm pretty sure it takes both." On his big day at Ballpark of Walnut Park, Turpen fanned 5 and had 2 walks. And it seemed that when the Z's managed to hit the ball hard, it went right at a defender. "That's how you get a no-hitter," Turpen said with a smile. "A lot of skill mixed with a little luck."
