Aces Absorb 4-1 Loss at Toros Ballpark
At Toros Ballpark, the Quebec Aces and Quebec Fighting Quakers were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

Kyle Connell brought his A-game to help Quebec defeat the Quebec Aces, 4-1. Connell, now 6-9, was the winner. In 5 innings, he gave up 2 hits, while striking out 2, walking 1, and allowing 1 run. Ross Lefkowitz collected his 5th save.

Though it wasn't a flawless game -- few are -- the fans who filled the stands at Toros Ballpark seemed to enjoy watching the Stripes Conference action.

"Really good pitchers have that ability to raise their game when they need to," said Quebec manager Jeff Gray.

With the win, the Fighting Quakers improved to 60-58.
