Oscar Ayala had a strong outing for the New Rochelle Purple Wave against the Quebec Aces at Belmont Park. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-3 win. Ayala picked up the win for New Rochelle, going 5.2 innings. He gave up 1 run on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 1-0. Shane Edwards closed the game out for New Rochelle, earning his 5th save.
