Bowsers Rally to Nose Past London
The Columbus Bowsers knocked off the London Werewolves, 7-6, at Ballpark of Columbus. It took 10 innings. Jesse Rupp was a prime reason Columbus won. The center fielder was 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. Columbus reliever Chad Iverson picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Jim Unknown absorbed the loss. Columbus has now won 3 in a row.

The Bowsers got a clutch hit from first baseman Robby Parra. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Bowsers.

"The game is never over 'til it's over," said a jubilant Joe Mills, the Columbus skipper.
