Pilots Earn 10-5 Win Against Z's
The Denver Pilots picked up a win at Knights Ballpark, knocking off the Ann Arbor Z's, 10-5, in 11 innings. On the mound for Denver was right-hander Dave Barncord. He played a pivotal role in the triumph. The win was credited to 22-year old right-handed pitcher Jarred Gangi in relief. His record improves to 5-1. Mike Gunter took the loss.
