The Walnut Park Bobcats stormed past the Westwood Bruins, 12-7, at Jackie Robinson Stadium. Walnut Park catcherJaime Johnson led the hit parade. He went 2-3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 6. Eddie Sarabia got the win, improving to 5-5. He held the Bruins to 3 runs on 4 hits over 5.1 innings, while striking out 2 and walking 3. Adam Noland closed out the game, earning his 1st save.

Johnson had a big hit for Walnut Park with one out in the top of the eighth. With Walnut Park leading 7-4, Johnson hit a grand slam home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Bobcats up, 11-4.

"This is a very good team," said Johnson. "We have the chance to do something special."

With the win, the Bobcats sit at 42-31.
