The Quebec Aces got a superb performance from pitcher Brent Stedronsky, but the Westwood Bruins still won the game, 5-2. Stedronsky threw 6.0 innings of 4-hit ball. Their 34-29 record puts the Bruins second in the Stripes Conference East Division.

The Bruins took the lead, 4-0, in the top of the third inning. Facing Quebec hurler Brent Stedronsky with two outs, Joel Patrick hit a 2-run single.
