The Mexico City Aztecs picked up a win at Ballpark of White Deer, knocking off the White Deer Tropics, 6-4. Starting pitcher Mel Mercado played a key role in the triumph. White Deer has now lost 4 in a row.

Cameron Kovatch helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he hit a first pitch splitter from Jake Fish for a run-scoring triple, to give Mexico City a 1-0 lead.
