Aztecs Topple Tropics, 11-4, as Guevara Shines
The 11-4 Mexico City win over White Deer was due in large part to Arturo Guevara. The Aztecs first baseman went 4 for 5 with a home run and 3 singles, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. Dustin Engstrom, the winner, is now 3-1. He struck out 2 and walked 1 over 5.2 innings, while allowing 1 run on 9 hits. The win elevated the Aztecs to 38-18.

Making an impact for Mexico City was left fielder Steve Farnsworth. He drilled a double off Melvin Flores in the bottom of the second. For the game, Farnsworth went 1-4 with a double and a walk.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Guevara. "And not try to do too much."
