Tropics Lose By a Run at Mexico City
The Mexico City Aztecs defeated the White Deer Tropics, 5-4. First Baseman David Keith deserved a large share of the credit. Keith went 3-5 with a double and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs for the Aztecs. The Aztecs lead the Southern A West Division by 3 games.

Mexico City catcher Roland Clement contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With two down, he hit a fastball to left-center field for a run-scoring single. It was his 43rd hit of the season and put the Aztecs ahead, 5-4.

Mexico City manager Chris Hallman said his team played a "no nonsense" game.
