Aztecs Deal Tropics 3-2 Defeat
The White Deer Tropics were defeated, 3-2, by the Mexico City Aztecs at Ballpark of White Deer, even though Jake Fish pitched well for White Deer. The win was credited to 22-year old right-handed pitcher Marvin Bobbitt in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Jake Fish took the loss. Hunter Saakadze earned the save, his 1st, for the Aztecs.

Early in the game, designated hitter Jonathan Lewis had a 2-run home run for Mexico City. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Aztecs on top, 2-0.

"At the end of the day, it's always about your starting pitcher," said Mexico City skipper Tony Velez.

Mexico City is off to a hot start at 16-7.
