Muskies Coast, Chiwocha Goes to 5-14
The Glendale Muskies and starting pitcher Ferhat Chiwocha stifled the Montreal offense en route to a comfortable 12-0 win at Field of the Muskies. The Muskies saw their record improve to 51-75.

Chiwocha overpowered the Canadiens. The Glendale right-hander allowed 1 hit over 8.2 innings, while recording 10 punchouts. With the win, he is 5-14 on the season.

"Ferhat was the difference maker. He was emotionally under control, had good stuff and makeup," said Glendale manager Jon Greenberg.
