Sean Dowling, who is tied for 5th in the SC in doubles with 20, led El Paso to a triumph over Montreal. The final score was 7-4. The second baseman went 3 for 4, falling a triple shy of the cycle. He scored 2 runs and added 3 RBI. The win hiked the El Paso record to 66-54.

With El Paso trailing 2-1 in the bottom of the first, Dowling hit a 2-run single off Montreal hurler Chris Nagel. It was the 85th hit of the season for Dowling and put his team ahead, 3-2.

"Sean is still learning," said Chupacabras manager William Maysonet. "The sky's the limit for him."
