The Portland Mad Ants knocked off the Chesapeake Tailgators, 4-3, in Stars Conference action at Mad Ants Ballpark. Portland pitcher and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, native Fernando Garcia had an outstanding performance. Garcia got the win, improving to 14-5. He gave up 6 hits and walked 0 over 6.1 innings.
