Bellflowers Pitching Ravaged by Fuentes Saturday, September 5th , 2026 Ivan Fuentes exploded for a barrage of base hits at Wegman's Field. The Long Island left fielder had a field day in his team's 10-5 triumph over the Buffalo Bellflowers, finishing 5-for-5. "My hitting philosophy is simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch." Fuentes must have focused at least 5 times and apparently got some good pitches, too, leading to one of his best days ever with the bat. Ivan Fuentes singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, hit a sac fly in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
