Suns Cruise to World Series with Sweep Tuesday, September 20th , 2022 It was a sweet sweep for the Moriarty Suns as they eased past the Buffalo Bellflowers to advance to the World Series. Moriarty won the final game by a 11-2 count and the series 4-0. "We're just fortunate to get through it quickly and be able to rest up for the next series," said Corey David, who was named series MVP. For the series, David hit .333 with a .333 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 6 RBI and scored 5 runs. The Moriarty Suns don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Ft.
