Purdue Clinches Postseason Appearance Thursday, May 2nd , 2024 There's an excitement surrounding Purdue baseball tonight, as the Boilermakers have qualified for the playoffs. "We're proud to be a part of a Purdue Boilermakers franchise heading to the postseason and trying to bring a championship back to the city," said starting pitcher Paul Birchfield. "All our guys have battled all year to get us to this spot." The division title remains in question, but the team's 33-14 record has led to a guaranteed postseason spot. |
