Dollywood Loses Goulbourne for Year Thursday, June 9th , 2022 The doctors have spoken and Isaiah Goulbourne of the Dollywood Partons didn't like what he heard. The 23-year-old second baseman is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Goulbourne sustained his season-ending injury during the Barrie Admirals game yesterday at Stadia de Leones. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while colliding with a player at a base. Today the Dollywood medical staff reported Goulbourne had a concussion and would be absent from the lineup for at least 10 months. For the year, Goulbourne is batting .289 with 5 home runs. |
