Cray Sizzles -- Smokes Sweepers for 5 Hits

It was a parade of hits for T.J. Cray of the Pueblo Heroes at Miller Park.
Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Cray finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Heroes to a win, 12-4.
"Cray was really good and we were really bad," groaned Sweepers manager Tony Allen. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."
T.J. Cray hit a two-run home run off Jose Zapata in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
This season, Cray has hit at a .419 clip and produced 11 RBI, 3 home runs and 10 runs.
