Adam on Fire: 5-for-6 for White Deer Tuesday, April 14th , 2026 Paul Adam was at the head of a White Deer hit parade at Dust Devils Ballpark. The second baseman went to the plate 6 times and came away with 5 hits, sparking the Tropics to a nice 20-4 victory over the Lake Elsinore Storm. "I told the guys in the dugout, just be thinking about hitting the ball hard somewhere," the sweet-swinging Adam told reporters after the game. "Seems like it worked out well for us today." Storm skipper Bobby Vargas said later that the club gave up "too much plate." "Not the way we planned it," he said. "Every hitter in the league will rip you when you do that." Paul Adam doubled in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th, hit an RBI double in the 7th, singled in the 9th and hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 9th.
