Blue Jays Lose Branch for Season Tuesday, April 12th , 2022 Doctors in St. Catharines said George Branch might not play anymore this year. The Blue Jays starting pitcher suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow during a game against the Grand Rapids Jet Hawks and will be out for at least 6 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season. |
