St. Catharines Reliever Hurt
Tuesday, September 29th , 2026
When St. Catharines reliever Dusty Berger was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Blue Jays-Miners game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Berger had sustained a damaged elbow ligament and will be out for about 12 months.
Checking out his season stats to date, Berger has 7 saves in 36 relief appearances. He's posted a record of 5 and 4 with an ERA of 6.00.
