Columbus Loses Mike Beauford Monday, September 1st , 2025 Mike Beauford will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Columbus first baseman could miss the remainder of the year. Beauford was injured while running the bases in the Bowsers-Sweepers clash at Miller Park recently. Doctors said he has a torn posterior cruciate ligament and would be out a minimum of 10 months. This season, Beauford has 2 home runs and a .239 batting average. |
