5-for-5 Day for Bosco Monday, August 18th , 2025 No matter what the Barrie Admirals threw at him, Mike Bosco hit it. He easily handled Admirals pitching, going 5 for 5 and helping the Bowsers triumph, 7-5, at Ballpark of Columbus. "The way I was swinging, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Bosco's quip, Admirals skipper Manny Uset said he "would take him up on that next time." Mike Bosco hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit an RBI triple in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Colby Kelly in the 9th.
