Star of the Week Selected in N-A Monday, August 11th , 2025 When it came to hitting the baseball, Mat Woolwine was in a class by himself in the Northern A this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding right fielder for Kansas City tagged opposing pitchers for a .385 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 10 hits in 26 at-bats, 3 homers, 8 runs scored and 8 RBIs. Woolwine is batting .281 with 11 home runs and 52 RBIs this season. |
