Title Captured - Southern A West Division Won by Mexico City Wednesday, September 6th , 2023 It's a banner year for the Mexico City Aztecs, they have won the Southern A West Division. "There's so much pride in our room and on our roster, anything but a division title wouldn't have been acceptable," said catcher Brent Mallinson. "In the playoffs we'll just have to take it one day at a time and keep battling." The Aztecs this year have battled to a 90-49 mark, which is good for the club's 4th Southern A West Division title. "I'm extremely proud of my players and look forward to seeing what we can do in the postseason," said manager Tony Velez. |
