Miners Are Champs of Northern A East Division Wednesday, August 30th , 2023 "We're not done yet!" That was the resounding sentiment in the Glace Bay Miners locker room when they were told they had clinched the Northern A East Division title, for the 1st time. With a 92-41 record, Glace Bay's stars certainly feel like they have a good chance to go all the way. "We've learned a lot under Angel Cano's tutelage this year. He's taught us to never be over-confident, and to play every game like a championship game. I think with him and the team we have, we have a great chance to bring a 1st championship to Glace Bay this year," said reliever Tim Peters. |
