Huntsville's Torres Acclaimed Best N-A Hitter Tuesday, September 1st , 2026 At only 23 years of age, Vinny Torres could very well have many more months like this last one during his career. That would be great news for fans of the Huntsville Rockets, as August was one to remember for the left fielder and he has captured the Northern A Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .358 with 6 home runs, 15 RBIs and 30 runs scored. This season, Torres is hitting at a .306 pace with 20 home runs, 61 RBIs and has scored 112 times. |
