Bangor Won't Make Playoffs Friday, August 16th , 2024 The Bangor Lumberjacks will have to play out the season without even the faintest glimmer of hope for a late-season playoff push. The club was mathematically eliminated today from postseason contention. Before this season, the Lumberjacks last missed the playoffs in 2016. In the 20 years they have been a ABA Class A franchise, they have made the playoffs 14 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Lumberjacks have only missed the playoffs once. Bangor has won the World Series 2 times in their history. |
