Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Bangor Tuesday, August 18th , 2026 It's been a year to forget for the Bangor Lumberjacks and the club has now been mathematically eliminated from postseason contention. Bangor last appeared in the postseason in 2023. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 8 times in their 22-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Lumberjacks have made the playoffs 7 times. Bangor last won the World Series in 2011. |
