League Suspends Cartwright Saturday, August 15th , 2026 In Bangor the Lumberjacks got the news of Adam Cartwright's 4-game suspension. The 24-year-old center fielder appeared to make contact with an umpire while arguing balls and strikes during yesterday's game against the Admirals. Cartwright told reporters that he did not grab anybody. "It is one thing to throw me out of the game for arguing, but that is not enough to kick me out for 4 games." To date, Cartwright has collected 101 hits for a .260 average. He has posted 9 home runs, scored 42 runs and driven in 38 runs. |
