Nashua Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Tuesday, August 11th , 2026 The Nashua Sweepers were certainly not a team of destiny this year and now they have been eliminated from playoff contention. "We thought we had a better chance than this," said catcher John Aiello. "It's a big disappointment." This is the club's 7th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2019. In total, the Sweepers have missed the playoffs 21 times in their 27-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Sweepers have only made the playoffs once. |
