Pueblo Snaps Gonzalez Streak at 20 Monday, July 27th , 2026 After 20 games, Mexico City shortstop Bill Gonzalez saw his hitting streak end when he went hitless in 3 at-bats. However, the Aztecs still managed to take the win, topping the Pueblo Heroes, 4-3, at Tony Gwynn Stadium. "It was a good run," Gonzalez said after the game. "It was bound to end at some point. I'm just glad we won the day it ended." In his season totals, Gonzalez has 17 home runs, .319 BA, .388 OBP, 70 RBIs and 73 runs scored. He has played in 95 games. |
